Es un placer daros la bienvenida a Sant Just Desvern, un municipio acogedor donde podréis desarrollar una vida plena, con tranquilidad, buena convivencia y teniendo al alcance servicios y equipamientos de calidad al pie de Collserola. Habéis optado por vivir en un municipio estratégicamente bien situado, que mantiene el espíritu de pueblo y una esencia única.

El municipio en el que viviréis es fruto de la aportación de muchas personas: las que vivimos aquí, las que trabajamos aquí y las que formamos parte de la actividad pública que se desarrolla. Ahora, además, sumamos a personas nuevas que, como vosotros, habéis elegido Sant Just para vivir.

El empadronamiento nos permite el acceso a servicios básicos como la sanidad, la educación, la vivienda y otros tipos de formación y actividades de ocio. Intentamos prestar los servicios públicos teniendo muy en cuenta la demanda y la necesidad ciudadana, así como los cambios tecnológicos y sociales que acontecen en la sociedad.

¿Qué os puedo decir de Sant Just? Yo estoy plenamente orgulloso del pueblo que progresivamente se va construyendo, de su gente y de nuestro entorno natural, que os invito a descubrir. Encontraréis rincones magníficos enmarcados en el Parque Natural de Collserola, espacios, parques y un rico patrimonio cultural e histórico. Dejaos seducir por nuestras fiestas, tradiciones y entidades que reflejan el carácter popular de la gente y se convierten en un punto de encuentro del vecindario.

NUESTRAS FIESTAS MÁS DESTACADAS
Festa Major: la semana del 6 de agosto disfrutamos de una semana de actividades para todos.
Festes de Tardor: las celebramos a finales de octubre, con el mercado de paradas de “Sant Just al carrer” como una de las actividades más tradicionales. Karts de Coixinets: las calles Creu del Padró y Freixes se convierten una vez al año en un circuito de carreras de karts de cojinetes.

ESPACIOS DE PARTICIPACIÓN
La participación ciudadana permite construir una relación transparente entre la Administración y la ciudadanía. El Ayuntamiento convoca regularmente procesos de participación y encuentros vecinales para tomar decisiones sobre asuntos concretos
Por otro lado, el Ayuntamiento también cuenta con 16 espacios participativos estables sobre diversos ámbitos: educación, cultura, servicios sociales, deportes, medio ambiente y sostenibilidad, solidaridad y cooperación, mujer, juventud, seguridad y prevención, vialidad y movilidad, salud, infancia y adolescencia, centro de mayores (fem casal), red educativa, grupo impulsor PEC y planes locales.

ATENCIÓN PERSONALIZADA DE SERVICIOS SOCIALES
El Servicio de Acogida (Servei d'Acollida) es el primer contacto de la ciudadanía con Bienestar Social. A través de una atención personalizada, orienta, asesora y tramita recursos y prestaciones del Ayuntamiento y de otras administraciones. Encontraréis más información en santjust.cat/serveissocials. Horario: de lunes a viernes, de 9 a 14 h, sin cita previa.

GESTIÓN DE RESIDUOS
El nuevo sistema de recogida de residuos con contenedores con chip permite incrementar el índice de reciclaje. Cada vivienda dispone de una tarjeta personalizada que sirve para abrir los contenedores de resto y de materia orgánica. También se puede realizar la apertura mediante una App.
¿Sabías que... disponemos de una Deixalleria Municipal (punto limpio), una deixalleria móvil (el último sábado de cada mes) y servicios gratuitos de recogida de residuos especiales o voluminosos, como la recogida de muebles y trastos viejos a domicilio? It is a pleasure to welcome you to Sant Just Desvern, a welcoming municipality where you can develop a full life, with peace, good coexistence, and quality services and facilities at your fingertips at the foot of Collserola. You have chosen to live in a strategically well-located municipality that maintains its village spirit and a unique essence.

The municipality in which you will live is the result of the contribution of many people: those of us who live here, those of us who work here, and those of us who are part of the public activity that takes place. Now, additionally, we welcome new people who, like you, have chosen Sant Just as your home.

Registration (Empadronament) allows us access to basic services such as healthcare, education, housing, and other types of training and leisure activities. We try to provide public services by taking into account citizen demand and needs, as well as the technological and social changes occurring in society.

What can I tell you about Sant Just? I am fully proud of the town that is progressively being built, of its people, and of our natural environment, which I invite you to discover. You will find magnificent corners framed within the Collserola Natural Park, spaces, parks, and a rich cultural and historical heritage. OUR MOST PROMINENT FESTIVALS
Festa Major: during the week of August 6th, we enjoy a week of activities for everyone.
Festes de Tardor: we celebrate them at the end of October, with the “Sant Just al carrer” street stalls market as one of the most traditional activities.
Karts de Coixinets: Creu del Padró and Freixes streets turn into a ball-bearing go-kart racing circuit once a year.

SPACES FOR PARTICIPATION
Citizen participation allows for the construction of a transparent relationship between the Administration and the citizens. The City Council regularly calls for participation processes and neighborhood meetings to make decisions on specific matters.
On the other hand, the City Council also has 16 stable participatory spaces across various fields: education, culture, social services, sports, environment and sustainability, solidarity and cooperation, women, youth, security and prevention, roads and mobility, health, children and adolescents, senior centers, educational network, PEC steering group, and local plans.

PERSONALIZED SOCIAL SERVICES CARE
The Welcome Service (Servei d'Acollida) is the citizens' first contact with Social Welfare. Through personalized attention, it provides guidance, advice, and processes resources and benefits from the City Council and other administrations. You will find more information at santjust.cat/serveissocials.
Hours: Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM, no appointment necessary.

WASTE MANAGEMENT
The new waste collection system with chip-enabled containers allows for an increase in the recycling rate. Each home has a personalized card used to open the containers for general waste and organic matter. They can also be opened via an App.
Did you know... we have a Municipal Recycling Center (Deixalleria), a mobile recycling point (the last Saturday of every month), and free collection services for special or bulky waste, such as home furniture and junk collection? Find out more by calling 93 222 00 50 or 93 480 48 00.

La Oficina de Atención Ciudadana (OAC) gestiona trámites administrativos, informa a la ciudadanía y recoge incidencias y sugerencias.
Horario: de lunes a viernes, de 9 a 14 h, y de lunes a jueves, de 16 a 19 h (se puede pedir cita previa en la web o en el teléfono del Ayuntamiento).

¿Sabías que… es obligatorio estar empadronado en tu municipio de residencia? Empadronarte en Sant Just Desvern te da derecho a votar en el municipio, obtener la tarjeta sanitaria individual, disponer de servicios básicos de atención social primaria y optar a ayudas de urgencia social.
Los perros, gatos y hurones también deben inscribirse en el censo municipal de animales de compañía.

El Organismo de Gestión Tributaria (ORGT) se encarga de la liquidación y recaudación de los impuestos municipales (IBI, IAE, impuesto de circulación, impuesto de obras, etc.). También ofrece servicios relativos a cambios de titularidad y asiste para realizar autoliquidaciones y declaraciones tributarias.

Sabías que… puedes cambiar el domicilio fiscal de tu vehículo en la oficina del ORGT? Esta gestión es imprescindible para la gestión del impuesto municipal de circulación.

Hours: Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM, and Monday to Thursday, from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM (you can request an appointment via the website or the City Council's telephone number).

Did you know... it is mandatory to be registered in your municipality of residence? Registering in Sant Just Desvern gives you the right to vote in the municipality, obtain an individual health card, access basic social care services, and apply for emergency social aid.
Dogs, cats, and ferrets must also be registered in the municipal pet census.

The Tax Management Office (ORGT) is responsible for the assessment and collection of municipal taxes (IBI (property tax), IAE (business tax), road tax, construction tax, etc.). It also offers services related to changes of ownership and provides assistance with self-assessments and tax declarations.

Did you know... you can change the fiscal address of your vehicle at the ORGT office? This step is essential for the management of the municipal road tax.
